03 Sep: Owl City - To The Sky

To the Sky is a single by electronica artist Owl City for the upcoming film, "Legend of the Guardians". The song was released on September 1st. "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole" is an upcoming Australian/American computer-animated film based on the book series Guardians of Ga’Hoole by Kathryn Lasky. The film is scheduled to be released on September, 24, 2010. 

02 Sep: Shakira feat Dizzee Rascal - Loca

Sale el Sol (English: The Sun Comes Out) is the upcoming fourth Spanish studio album by Colombian latin-pop singer-songwriter Shakira. The album will feature Shakira's record-breaking global hit "Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)", as well as a new single "Loca". Recorded in the Dominican Republic, "Loca" is Shakira’s interpretation of Dominican artist El Cata’s song "Loca Con Su Tiguere". You can hear the Spanish version of the track, above. There will also be an English version, featuring a guest appearance from Dizzee Rascal, the UK's number one rapper. 

01 Sep: Katy Perry - Firework

Teenage Dream is the third studio album and second mainstream album by American singer-songwriter Katy Perry. It was released on August 24, 2010 in the United States. According to Billboard, "Firework" will be the third single from the album and is due for release in October 2010. The music video is set to include competition winners from eastern Europe.

31 Aug: Scissor Sisters - Any Which Way

Night Work is the third studio album by American band Scissor Sisters, it was released on June 28, 2010. Any Which Way is to be released as the second single. Remixes by 7th Heaven have already been commisioned and are on Youtube.

30 Aug: Pixie Lott - Broken Arrow

Broken Arrow is a song by English singer-songwriter Pixie Lott which will be released as the lead single from the upcoming "Turn It Up" re-release. The song was produced by Toby Gad and premiered on August 24 on BBC’s Radio One. It will be released in the U.K. on October 11, 2010; the new album will follow in late 2010.

28 Aug: Jamiroquai - White Knuckle Ride

White Knuckle Ride is the lead single by Jamiroquai from his forthcoming seventh album titled "Rock Dust Light Star", which is stated to be released in November 2010. The song was written by Jason Kay and it’s the first single released under Mercury Records label. It will be a limited edition vinyl and download in the United Kingdom. Released 27 August 2010 (UK).

27 Aug: Robbie Williams & Gary Barlow - Shame

"Shame" is a song by Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow, taken from Williams' second greatest hits collection, In and Out of Consciousness. It will be released as the lead single from the album on 4 October 2010 by Virgin Records.

26 Aug: Ne-Yo - One In A Million

Libra Scale is the upcoming fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Ne-Yo, set to be released on October 5, 2010. The third single, "One in a Million", will be released to US mainstream radio stations on September 7, 2010.

25 Aug: Reamonn - Yesterday

On August 27 Reamonn will release their Best Of album called Eleven which features 3 new tracks: the new single Yesterday, Colder and Let The Morning Sleep. On the CD there will be 11 songs on each of the 2 disks taken from every album Reamonn recorded. The Deluxe Edition features a DVD with all the videos and some live tracks.

24 Aug: Shontelle - Perfect Nightmare

No Gravity is the second studio album by Barbadian R&B singer Shontelle. It is scheduled for release on September 21, 2010. "Perfect Nightmare" will be sent to U.S radio on August 31, 2010 as the album's second single. Originally, "No Gravity" and "Say Hello to Goodbye" were tipped to be the album's second single but both possible releases were scrapped in favor of the new, Darkchild-produced song.

23 Aug: Katy B - Katy On A Mission

Katie Brien, better known as Katy B, (born in South London) is an English singer-songwriter and a graduate of the BRIT School. She is a R&B, funky, house and garage singer and has also performed under the name Baby Katy. Geeneus, with whom Katy B collaborated with, works for Rinse FM. Following the official recognition of the station in June 2010 (formerly a pirate radio station), Rinse presented Katy B's first single, "Katy On A Mission", which was produced by Benga and will be released on 22 August 2010.

21 Aug: The Ting Tings - Hands

On July 10, The Ting Tings confirmed on their German website that they had finished recording their album. They describe some of the tracks from the album as a little dark and danceable and were influence by the cold weather in Berlin while they were recording. On August 11, they announced that the lead single will be "Hands". It has been mixed by Calvin Harris and written by the duo themselves. It will be released on October 11. The artwork has been released as well. On August 18, Hands premiered on Radio 1 and is now viewable on their Facebook page.

20 Aug: Faithless feat Dido - Feelin Good

Feelin' Good is a single by dance music act Faithless, from taken from their 6th studio album "The Dance". The singe features vocals by British singer Dido and will be released on September 26th.

19 Aug: Maroon 5 - Give A Little More

Hands All Over is the upcoming third studio album by American band Maroon 5. The album is set to be released by A&M/Octone on September 21, 2010. The second single is "Give a Little More", and was released on August 17, 2010.

18 Aug: Good Charlotte - Like It's Her Birthday

"Like It's Her Birthday" is the first single from Good Charlotte's fifth album, Cardiology, set for release on August 24, 2010. The band premiered the song live for the first time on May 22, 2010, at the 2010 Bamboozle Road Show in Charlotte, North Carolina. On July 30, 2010 the song was leaked online. On August 5th, the band confirmed via Facebook and the bands site that it would be the first single. The song has reached #1 on the Sirius XM Hits 1 Top 20 on 20.

17 Aug: Weezer - Memories

"Memories" is a song by the band Weezer. It is the opening track and first single from their 2010 album Hurley and was first released online on August 10th, 2010.

16 Aug: Rosanna Munter - Waterfall

Swedish pop singer Rosanna releases "Waterfall", the first single on the new Popjustice Hi-Fi record label. Released: August 23, 2010.

14 Aug: Example - Last Ones Standing

Won't Go Quietly is the second studio album from British rapper Example. It was released as a digital download on 20 June 2010, with the physical release the following day. The fourth single to be released from the album is "Last Ones Standing". The release date of the single is 13 September 2010.

13 Aug: Robert Plant - Angel Dance

Rock legend Robert Plant continues to boldly explore new musical combinations on 'Angel Dance,' the lead single from his upcoming album 'Band of Joy.' The song is a slightly, and lovingly, re-arranged version of a Los Lobos chestnut from 1990. The creatively restless former Led Zeppelin lead singer has assembled an impressive new band under the 'Band of Joy' moniker for the album, including guitarist Buddy Miller and underground Americana solo star Patty Griffin.

12 Aug: The Chemical Brothers - Another World

Further is the seventh studio album by The Chemical Brothers, released on June 14, 2010. "Another World", released as download single on August 16, 2010.

11 Aug: McFly - Party Girl

The newest single "Party Girl" premiered on UK radio on 14th July 2010 at 7:20pm on In:Demand, and has been played every day since and will continue to be played every day until the 8th of August.

10 Aug: KT Tunstall - Fade Like A Shadow

According to her website, Tunstall has finished recording her third studio album. The album has been titled Tiger Suit. It will be released in the UK on 20 September 2010 and in the US on 28 September 2010. The album's first single will be "Fade Like a Shadow" in US and "(Still a) Weirdo" in UK.

09 Aug: Alex Gardner - Feeling Fine

Scottish pop singer Alex Gardner releases 'Feeling Fine', the follow-up to his debut single 'I'm Not Mad', on September 27.

07 Aug: Justin Bieber - U Smile

"U Smile" is a song performed by Canadian recording artist Justin Bieber. The song was released as the second digital-only single from the latter half of Bieber's debut album on March 16, 2010. It will be released to mainstream radio on August 24, 2010 as the album's third single.

06 Aug: Rascal Flatts - Why Wait

After the closure of Lyric Street in April 2010, Rascal Flatts signed to Big Machine Records in July of the same year. The group's first release for the label will be "Why Wait." Their next album "Nothing Like This" will be released November 16.

05 Aug: Usher feat Jay-Z & Ester Dean - Hot Tottie

Usher announced on July 8, 2010, a follow-up extended play to his sixth studio album Raymond v. Raymond called Versus, and a deluxe edition of Raymond v. Raymond, both to be released on August 24, 2010. The album would be preceded by the singles "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love" featuring Pitbull, for mainstream audiences, and "Hot Tottie" featuring Jay-Z, for urban circuits.

04 Aug: Devlin - Brainwashed

Bud, Sweat and Beers is the debut album from grime MC Devlin. When standing in for DJ Semtex on the BBC Radio 1Xtra Hip-Hop Show, Devlin confirmed that the album will be released in January 2011, with the first single, 'Brainwashed', being released on 8 August 2010.

03 Aug: Nelly - Just A Dream

Just A Dream is a single from Nelly's upcoming sixth studio album, titled "Nelly 5.0". The first single from his new album "Tippin' In The Club" will be sent to the urban formats, while “Just A Dream” will be served to pop formats.

02 Aug: Gabriella Cilmi - Defender

Ten is the second album by Australian-born singer-songwriter Gabriella Cilmi. The third single will be a double-A side of 'Defender' and 'Magic Carpet Ride', a track that first appeared on the CD single to On A Mission. Released: August 16, 2010.

Believer has been confirmed as the third single from Goldfrapp's album Head First, and will be released on 6 September 2010.

30 Jul: Sky Ferreira - One

Sky Ferreira, is an American singer–songwriter and actress from Los Angeles. She is currently working with Paul Epworth, Bloodshy & Avant, Dallas Austin, Linda Perry, and more on her debut album to be released on January 11, 2011. Sky's latest Single "One" has been played by "Scott Mills" off a Radio 1 as his record of the week.

29 Jul: Jay Sean feat Nicki Minaj - 2012

Jay Sean has confirmed he is working on a new album, with a tentative release date of November 2, 2010. Two singles will be released at the same time: "2012" and "Break Your Back". "2012" will feature Nicki Minaj, and is set to be released to radio August 3, 2010, with the music video premiering on August 8, 2010.

27 Jul: Alesha Dixon - Drummer Boy

A brand new single called "Drummer Boy" has been released which was recorded by British pop singer, Alesha Dixon serves as lead single off her third studio album entitled "Unleashed". The song was premiered on 23 July on BBC Radio 1 with Fearne Cotton.

26 Jul: Travie McCoy - Need You

Lazarus is the debut album by Travie McCoy, better known as the frontman and vocalist of Gym Class Heroes. It was released on July 8, 2010. The 2nd single at radio is "Need You". Radio impact date at Top 40 is August tbd according to FMQB.

24 Jul: Katy Perry - Teenage Dream

Perry announced that her new album would be titled Teenage Dream and it will be out August 24, 2010 in the US and August 30 worldwide. On July 22, 2010, the album's second single "Teenage Dream" was leaked onto the web. It was officially released on iTunes the following day.

22 Jul: Bruno Mars - Just The Way You Are

Peter Hernandez, better known by his stage name Bruno Mars, is an American singer-songwriter and music producer. Before becoming a successful solo artist, he was an acknowledged music producer opening songs for the likes of Flo Rida, Alexandra Burke, Travie McCoy,Adam Levine, Brandy, Sean Kingston and he also co-wrote the Sugababes hit song "Get Sexy" and provided backing vocals on their album Sweet 7. His debut single titled "Just the Way You Are", from his forthcoming studio album, was released on July 19, 2010.

21 Jul: The Script - For The First Time

"For The First Time" is the first single to be lifted from The Script‘s second album "Science & Faith", the new single will be released in the UK on September 5th and the new album, Science & Faith, will be available to buy on September 13th.

20 Jul: Kid Cudi feat Kanye West - Erase Me

Man On The Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager is the upcoming second studio album by American rapper Kid Cudi. The second promotional single, titled "Erase Me" featuring Kanye West was released on a Cleveland radio station June 30, 2010.

19 Jul: La Roux - Tigerlily

La Roux is the self-titled debut album by the English electropop duo La Roux, released in the United Kingdom on 29 June 2009 by Polydor Records, in Canada on 28 July 2009 by Universal Music Group, and in the United States on 29 September 2009 by Cherrytree Records. "Tigerlily" was announced as a single in July 2010, as Elly Jackson was seen behind the scenes for a music video.

17 Jul: Ciara - Gimme Dat

As Ciara promised in previous interviews, she’s going home with her second single, “Gimme Dat,” and sound for her forthcoming album. "Touch" is a electropop song by British pop/R&B singer, Natasha Bedingfield. The song was released to iTunes on May 18, 2010, and was also the featured track on the Nivea Happiness Sensation commercial. The song was produced by Julian Bunetta and her long time collaborator Steve Kipner. The song will be sent to U.S. radios on June 29.

07 Jul: OneRepublic feat Timbaland - Marchin On

"Marchin On" is a song by American rock band OneRepublic, written and produced by frontman Ryan Tedder for the group's second studio album Waking Up (2009). Producer and rapper Timbaland's included a remixed version of the song for his 2009 album Shock Value 2. The track was released as the album's third single in German-speaking Europe in June 2010, where it served as German TV channel ZDF's promotional FIFA 2010 World Cup song.
